Please make sure your team completes the Dinner, Housing, Paperwork, and Division Requests Form by Friday, March 14th. Please note:
- ALL teams need to fill out this form regardless of if they need housing or plan on attending the dinner.
- The form needs to be filled out once per team. If your program is sending more than one team, please fill it out once for every team you are sending to the PVI.
- Teams will be able to modify their dinner ticket order number any time before May 1st.
