Dear Ultimate Community,
Greetings from the frozen tundra of Amherst! I have 4 quick notes from the world of the Global Ultimate Training School and the National Ultimate Training Camp.
- GUTS 2026 starts very soon! This is our fifth year of offering winter zoom classes for the ultimate community. Please take a look at our listings at https://www.nutc.net/winter-courses and share them with your teams and programs. These classes fund our NUTC Scholarship Fund and we have been lucky to have raised thousands of dollars in the past. Anyone who wants to attend camp will be able to access this fund.
- On Tuesday, January 20 we are hosting our first class “Training Your Team to be Mentally Resilient,” taught by Tim Bobrowski and Tiina Booth. This introductory class is for players and coaches who want to understand how to train the mental side of competition. NEW! This class includes 2 follow-up sessions with Tiina or Tim during the spring season.
- The other class is Coaching 101, offered by Tim and Luisa Neves, designed to meet the needs of a novice coach and team. We are also offering two panel discussions: Choosing the Right Ultimate College and a Gx Grassroots Summit.

- Our sessions have been set for NUTC. Session A is June 28-July 3. Session B is July 5-July 10. We will again be holding camp on the beautiful Mount Holyoke campus in South Hadley. Registration opens at the end of February.
