FYI2025: 10/20 Update

Lee and I are so excited to see y’all this Saturday! Everything is on track for an amazing day of ultimate!

PLEASE make sure you drive 15mph or slower on Island Rd. This is the last road you’re on before you get to the fields. Please.

Your team chaperone must check in at tournament central (over near fields 1-5) BEFORE the coaches and captains’ meeting. At check in we’ll verify you have your medical authorization forms and hand off some important items.

Please remember that all teams need to send at least one representative to the coaches and captains’ meeting which is taking place at 8am at tournament central. The meeting should last around 5 minutes. Please do not show up before 7am.

The event schedule is online here. The event program can be found here. Please take a few minutes to look each item over in detail and let me know ASAP if you have any questions.

The weather is looking pretty solid for Saturday with no rain and a high of around 55.

The field map is online on the field map tab of the schedule spreadsheet. Please note that the Middle School and Female-Matching divisions will be playing on fields 1 through 5 and the Open division will be playing on fields 6 through 9. Yes, there is a distance between the two groups of fields. The main tournament central tent, along with merch, is over near fields 1-5. There will be a secondary tournament tent over near fields 6-9.

Please bring your own water bottles and containers. We will have lots of water on hand for you to use to fill your own bottles, but we won’t be providing cups or bottles.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions: josh@pvinvite.org
