PVI2026: Three forms – First one due 3/14!

March is here and that means paperwork fun has begun 🙂

Here’s the super summary of what needs to be completed by ALL teams:

  • Submit your dinner, housing, paperwork, and division request info using this form by March 14th.
  • Submit your chaperone info using this form by April 1st. [You can submit your chaperone information BEFORE your chaperones are fully cleared.]
  • Submit your team roster using this form by April 20th.

Please do not put these items off until the last minute. Some of the steps, most notably chaperone paperwork, can take several weeks.
