PVI2017 Lost Amherst Jersey

This just in from an Amherst player:

“I lost my Amherst jersey at the tournament, but I didn’t see it at the lost and found. I checked around the fields and didn’t find it there either, so I think someone from another team took it by accident. Is there a way to ask the coaches of the teams if they found anything? “

Let Josh (jseamon@gmail.com) if you have any info about the jersey. Thanks!

PVI2017 Survey & Found Keys

Are these keys yours? If so, let Josh know! (jseamon@gmail.com)

Once again, thanks for coming out to the 4th annual Pioneer Valley Invitational! We look forward to seeing you all again next year for the 5th annual event on May 19th and 20th, 2018!

If you haven’t already, it would be very helpful if you could take a minute to fill out the post-event survey. Hearing from you is the best way we can improve the event, and we’re always looking to make the event better! If you could send the survey link out to everyone on your team that would be fantastic!

I just found these keys in the lost and found. Please let Josh know if they are yours! (jseamon@gmail.com)

Thanks for coming to the 4th annual PVI!

Thanks for coming!

Thank you for an unreal weekend!

The 80+ volunteers and I thank you for being such wonderful teams! We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out, and a HUGE part of the success of the event is because of teams like yours!

If possible, please forward this message to all members of your team.

Some good stuff for you:

1) We’d like everyone that attended the event — players, coaches, chaperones, spectators — to fill out this short online feedback survey. The information you submit will helps us build an even better event in 2018! We know that filling out feedback surveys can be a drag, but know that the best way for us to improve the event, by far, is to hear from you.

2) Mark your calendars for May 19th and 20th, 2018! That’s when we’ll be holding the 4th annual PVI! The event will be back at the Oxbow!

3) We’d love to see any and all photos and video that you took this weekend. Please post whatever you can share to the PVI Facebook page. If it’s easier, feel free to email me content or links.

4) Please look over the reported game scores. Let me know via email (jseamon@gmail.com) if you see any numbers that aren’t right. At this point I have posted all submitted game scores as well as all spirit results.

5) All spirit scores are now online (XLS: Girls Division, Boys Division) and embedded below. I will be directly emailing each team their written comments.

[Green means above average for the division and red means below average for the division. Orange means the high score for that column.]

Girls division spirit scores

Boys A division spirit scores

Boys B division spirit score

6) Here’s what was left in the lost and found. If you recognize any items, please email Sheldon (sheldon@steadysales.com), the keeper of the Lost & Found with your address. Shipping on most items to most locations will run $7.50.

PVI2018 lost & found

Thank you again for attending the 4th annual Pioneer Valley Invitational!

See ya’ll on the field!

PVI2017 – Sunday Morning Check In

All team coaches and chaperones must swing by tournament central at least a half an hour before their first game of the day begins on Sunday. We have an important handout to give you.

Of note, there is a slight change to game and spirit score reporting:

Immediately after each game, please text in your GAME score to Karin at 617-797-5627. Please use this format for your text:

Boys/Girls Team1 [score] Team2 [score]

So, your text could look like this:

Girls Amherst JV [13] Lexington JV [12]

Please DO NOT text images of your spirit scores… INSTEAD fill out the form given to you on Sunday morning at and bring it to tournament central immediately after your last game.

You must return the completed form to tournament central in order to receive your deposit back.
