4/15 Rostering Update

The dinner & housing form is now closed. If you did not submit information using the form, we assume you don’t need any housing or dinner tickets. If that is incorrect, please email Josh ASAP at jseamon@gmail.com and he’ll see what he can do. You can verify that we received your form submission on the Team Status page.

Please keep on working on your paperwork. If your team is NOT listed below, that means you have not completed at least once crucial paperwork/registration task. You can check and see what you’re missing on the Team Status page. Information outlining how to complete each task is online on the Paperwork page.

Please keep in mind that the paperwork deadline is Friday, April 28th at 6pm EST. Any team that has not been cleared to play by the deadline will be dropped from the event and no refund will be given.

  • Cumberland (Boys)
  • Falmouth (Girls)
  • Falmouth A (Boys)
  • Falmouth B (Boys)
  • Four Rivers JV (Boys)
  • Four Rivers V (Girls)
  • Four Rivers V (Boys)
  • Lincoln-Sudbury (Girls)
  • Masconomet (Boys)
  • Middletown (Boys)
  • Montreal (Boys)
  • Newton North (Girls)
  • Watchung Hills (Boys)

Notable notes:

  • All teams must have at least one background checked chaperone. The background check process can take up to two weeks. Sometimes it can take longer.
  • All teams must have at least two chaperones with them. Only one chaperone is required to be NCSI background checked. At least one chaperone must stay with the team at all times, including at host housing.
  • For a player to be cleared to play they must have signed their online USAU waiver as well as paid their USAU membership or the one-time event fee.
  • Teams must have at least 10 cleared players in order to be cleared to play.
  • Teams can add and remove players from their roster until Friday, 5/13.

5/5 Paperwork Update

Screen Shot 2015-03-31 at 7.36.36 AMThe Team Status spreadsheet is updated as of 5/5 @ 3pm. All teams should look it over immediately and let me know if you see anything that isn’t accurate.

If you have yet to start your online USAU roster [Columbia Girls, Amherst JVB Boys, John Jay Boys]… you have until this Friday 5/8 @ 6pm to get it started or I will drop you from the event.

If you have yet to add a chaperone to your USAU roster [Hopkinton Boys, Longmeadow B Boys, Longmeadow C Boys, Longmeadow JVA Girls, Longmeadow JVB Girls, Longmeadow V Girls, Needham B Boys, PVPA Boys]… you have until next Tuesday, 5/12 @ 6pm to get one added or I will drop you from the event.

If you have players on your USAU online roster that won’t be at the event… please remove them. Do not keep them on your roster listed as incomplete. That creates lots of extra work for us. So, please clean up your roster as needed.

If you need housing and/or dinner tickets and didn’t fill out the online form before the 5/1 deadline… email me (josh@pvinvite.org) and ask very nicely for the form to be reopened.

May 1st Paperwork Deadline Approaching

Screen Shot 2015-03-31 at 7.36.36 AMAs I’m sure all of you are well aware, the May 1st paperwork deadline is coming up in less than a week. Everything you need to know about what needs to get done is on the Paperwork page.

A complete run down of the status of everyone’s paperwork is online on the Team Status page.

If you think you’re going to have any trouble making that deadline, please let me know immediately. I do have a little bit of leeway on some of the items, but not many.

That being said, there are two BIG items that MUST be completed by May 1st at 6pm:

1) All teams need to fill out the Dinner & Housing Form. If you don’t fill out the form by then, I will assume your team will not need any housing or dinner tickets.

2) All teams must start a roster in the USAU rostering system AND have a cleared chaperone listed on their roster.

USAU rostering is now live!

Login to the USAU system today and get to work on your rosters! It’s never too early to start! Remember, you must add a chaperone to your event roster before you’ll be able to add players.
