The captains meeting notes are now online. Please read them.

At least one person per team needs to join our Remind group by texting @fyi2026ult to the number 81010. It would be awesome if 2-3 people on each team joined up. I will be using this text group to send out updates during the event.

All teams playing in the first round need to check in at the tournament central tent with their approved chaperone by 7:55am. Team with a first round bye need to check in by 9:30. At check in chaperones will complete a couple quick tasks, the most important being showing me their team’s medical authorization forms. Note that I am NOT collecting these forms. They can be digital. You just have to show me that you have them. Here is an example of what a medical authorization form looks like.
