Things are shaping up for the 2nd annual Fall Youth Invitational to be amazing! Here’s what you need to know:

• As always, you can view the live status of your teams paperwork and tasks right here.
• The chaperone form was due yesterday. The following teams have yet to fill out the form: Four Rivers (MS), Four Rivers (F-M), Four Rivers (Open), Lexington Fooligans (Open), NUT (Open), Tidal Elite (Open), Valley Ultimate Bx A (Open), Valley Ultimate Bx B (Open), Vermont Ultimate Club Dev (Open)
• The following teams have yet to submit their payment: Chartreuse Platypuses (MS), Lexington Fooligals (F-M), BUDA Bx (Open), Lexington Fooligans (Open), NUT (Open), Tidal Elite (Open), Valley Ultimate Bx A (Open), Valley Ultimate Bx B (Open)

If your team is listed in either of both of the above lists, please email josh@pvinvite.org with information on when you’ll be completing each item.

• While we didn’t pull in enough mixed teams to run a mixed division, we are up to 6 middle school teams, 6 female-matching teams, and 16 open teams!
• We are projecting that the game schedule will be released by 10/12.
• Most teams will get 5 games. Some will get 4.
• Games will start at ~8:30am and run until ~4:45pm.
• Captain’s meeting will be at 7:45am.
